TATRA TRUCKS a.s. využívá e-tendry již 10 let, převážně na investiční akce a má hodně zkušeností, o které se může podělit. Zaměříme se na jejich zkušenosti s e-tendry na CNC stroje a jiné strojní vybavení s využitím eAukce a s elektronickým schvalováním jednotlivých kroků. Krok za krokem rozebereme úspěšné výběrové řízení, podíváme se na specifikaci a budeme se snažit přichystat online ukázku eAukce na investiční akci s popisem toho, jaké informace má vyhlašovatel, jaké dodavatel a jaké má v eAukci dodavatel možnosti úpravy nabídky.

Daniel Matúška

After graduating from VŠB-TU Ostrava, he spent a year in Australia to gain life experience. Upon returning, he entered the automotive industry, where he successfully negotiated contracts in a sales position for two and a half years with companies such as Volvo Group, Jaguar Land Rover, ŠKODA AUTO, AUDI AG, and Volkswagen AG. In 2017, he decided to switch negotiation sides and joined the purchasing department at TATRA TRUCKS as a strategic buyer. He still works there today, now as the Head of Indirect Procurement and Investments. His diverse role includes managing the procurement of complex investment units and leading selected internal projects focused on optimizing logistics and procurement processes.

Lukáš Karcol

After a brief stint in the automotive industry, he joined the PROEBIZ team in 2012. As a senior consultant, he operates in the Moravia region. He conducts training, develops business relationships, and assists with the implementation of electronic tools in companies and institutions. He enjoys finding solutions even to complex challenges and believes that thanks to digitalization, procurement is simpler and more reliable.
