IN Hotel

A small circle of procurement leaders. A shared ambition. The beginning of something bigger.
Great procurement knowledge deserves to be shared.
In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, PROCUREMENT BOARD brings procurement professionals together to exchange experience, discuss real challenges and learn from one another.
Now, we're bringing this proven concept to Serbia.
And we're starting with the people who can help shape it.
On 26 November 2026, we're inviting a select group of 10–15 experienced procurement professionals from Serbian companies to join us in Belgrade for an informal, open and genuinely interactive conversation.
Not another conference. Not a room full of presentations.
A conversation among peers who know procurement, have something to share and believe that the best ideas emerge when experienced people challenge and inspire one another.
To bring together the founding circle of a new procurement community in Serbia. A community where practical knowledge is shared, real challenges are discussed and professional relationships grow beyond a single event.
And the first step is simple.
Let's get the right people around one table.
We're looking for procurement professionals who are ready not only to gain new perspectives, but also to share their experience and help shape what comes next.

Vukašin has spent the last 10 years in supply chain, sourcing and procurement, from working with manufacturers in Asia, to building Marera Group’s procurement department from the ground up. He started his career in EU-funded project management, where he first got to know tenders and the tendering process. Off the clock, he is a father of two, a beginner golfer still chasing his first great round, and an espresso enthusiast.

Zoran Škundrić is the Indirect Procurement Manager at Dr.Max Serbia, with many years of experience in the areas of strategic procurement, supplier management, negotiation, and cost optimization.
