What does a supplier see on the other side of your tender? And why do they sometimes get lost where everything seems perfectly clear to you?

This time, we're switching roles! We'll look at TENDERBOX through the eyes of a supplier – from the first invitation through registration to submitting a bid. We'll show you where the most common stumbling blocks arise, how to prevent them, and how to make it easier for suppliers to submit a successful bid.

And we have something extra! We'll give all registered participants access to a test tender. That way, you can experience for yourself what it's like to be on the other side of TENDERBOX.

  • Submitting a bid – entering values, importing bids, and the most common mistakes.
  • Communication with the buyer – how to help suppliers directly in the system.
  • Logs and FAQs – how to quickly find out what happened and where the problem is.

Speakers

Piotr Krompiewski

Among the experienced experts in public procurement and other eTenders at PROEBIZ is Piotr Krompiewski. As a former professional soldier, he served in the military for 12 years and reached the rank of platoon commander. He began his mission in the field of public procurement digitalization in 2013. Initially, he worked as a “liaison officer” within the JOSEPHINE development team, which focuses on preparing tenders in the public sector. Since 2025, he has moved from the Polish sales team to the international PROEBIZ team, where he provides training and consultations to system users in countries outside the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. He supports their practical implementation and helps clients effectively use tools for the digitalization of public procurement and corporate procurement.
