Tom leads the purchasing team for the Asahi brewing group, whose goal is to make a lasting contribution to the strategic development of Asahi Europe & International in terms of savings, innovation, risk management, and environmental sustainability through advanced category management, close relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
He’s a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava. As part of the GROWWW graduate programme, he started his career with SLOVNAFT. He gradually developed his experience in the procurement of services, procurement projects and maintenance procurement (MRO). He is currently Senior Category Manager at the MOL group, MRO Material & Equipment segment. He is a great advocate of modern procurement with an emphasis on a human approach and analytical thinking. His motivation is to be better. Motto: "Push the Sky Away" - Nick Cave.
