Michał currently works as a legal adviser and is an executive director of the foundation Academic Support for PPPs (Public–Private Partnerships) and also head of the department for postgraduate studies in PPPs at the Silesian University in Katowice. He has authored more than 60 articles and books on the topic of PPPs and has been published in in peer-reviewed journals dealing with PPPs such as the European Public Procurement and Public–Private Partnership Law Review (ed. Chris Bovis) and the Public Procurement Law Review (ed. Sue Arrowsmith).
