Conference Reform of Public Procurement Law

The conference will be organized by the Centre of Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnership and Department of Public Procurement Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz and City of Lodz.

The conference will address the current issues related to the impact of new directives on public procurement and concessions on the development of legal regulations in the European Union, with particular reference to Polish law. Papers presented at the conference aims to look at the multidimensional approach of public procurement on public spending.

Panels of the conference:

• Reform of European public procurement law
• Concessions on public works and services
• Control of public spending
• Description of the subject of the tender and award criteria
• Electronic public procurement

The presentations will be held by the representatives of Polish Public Procurement Office, scientists from Polish and foreign universities as well as public procurement practitioners.
