Regular training of PROEBIZ TENDERBOX sw system users from companies and institutions that show interest in this service. We are ready to teach a maximum of eight people, we limit the number in order to be able to adapt the teaching individually to the level of knowledge of individual administrators. This allows people without any knowledge of working with the system to participate, as well as those more experienced who need to learn how to set up some more demanding functions or prepare complex online tenders that they do not normally encounter. For more experienced administrators, and not only for them, there are prepared thematic focus of individual training parts on certain issues related to work with the eAuction system and purchasing processes in general.

Training content
  • basic information about operation and usability of sw PROEBIZ TENDERBOX
  • types of evaluation of supplier bids (individual items, groups of items, total bid price, multi-criteria evaluation) editing the generated invitation to participate
  • methods of communication with participants during the AGM (mass messages, chat functions in the eAuction hall)
  • settings of individual rounds of the eAuction
  • tips and recommendations for setting electrical parameters selection procedures
  • use of the BASE supplier catalog
  • individual setup of a simple practice eAuction in the ERMMA module
  • practical examples of setting up purchases of interesting commodities

By bank transfer - payment instructions or an advance invoice will be sent to your e-mail after registration.

Invoicing:
After receiving the payment to the account, the organizer will send an invoice - tax document to the e-mail of the participant specified during registration within 5 working days. The participant agrees to send an electronic invoice to the e-mail address he provided during registration. The invoice is provided with a guaranteed electronic signature and meets all requirements for the electronic sending of documents according to valid laws of the Czech Republic and EU directives.
