Regular training of PROEBIZ TENDERBOX sw system users from companies and institutions that show interest in this service. We are ready to teach a maximum of eight people, we limit the number in order to be able to adapt the teaching individually to the level of knowledge of individual administrators. This allows people without any knowledge of working with the system to participate, as well as those more experienced who need to learn how to set up some more demanding functions or prepare complex online tenders that they do not normally encounter. For more experienced administrators, and not only for them, there are prepared thematic focus of individual training parts on certain issues related to work with the eAuction system and purchasing processes in general.

- types of evaluation of supplier bids (individual items, groups of items, total bid price, multi-criteria evaluation) editing the generated invitation to participate
- methods of communication with participants during the AGM (mass messages, chat functions in the eAuction hall)
- settings of individual rounds of the eAuction
- tips and recommendations for setting electrical parameters selection procedures
- use of the BASE supplier catalog
- individual setup of a simple practice eAuction in the ERMMA module
- practical examples of setting up purchases of interesting commodities
